Our Story

In 1999, Luis Iniesta was inspired to start a business to support his growing family by his father-in-law, Denny Sorg, who owned a few dealerships in the area. With just a rake and blanket, Luis started doing basic lawn maintenance for some time. As he invested more into this business with the support of his wife, Stephanie, the business continued to expand and grow. 

Within the first few years Luis began to offer more services including mowing and landscaping. Eventually he was even able to gather a team of part-time employees to join him. 

In the 2000s business was booming and the whole team was able to make this their full-time job mowing, landscaping, and installing concrete borders. By 2009, the business was officially named Iniesta Concrete Borders & Landscaping.  

Over the next ten years, Luis found that he enjoyed landscaping more than installing concrete borders, so the business shifted again, including physical move from CR 26 to our current location on US 20 so Luis could start a plant nursery.  

In 2019, we rebranded to become Iniesta Nursery & Landscaping. 

Throughout all of these years, Iniesta’s has been a family business. Every one of Luis and Stephanie’s children worked in the business at some point and now Luis’ youngest son, Tony and his daughter-in-law, Emily, are training to step in as Luis plans for retirement.
