1. We set an appointment to come out and evaluate your property
2. Our professional designers will create a plan and estimate for your project
3. After you confirm the project & sign a contract, we will determine the timeline
4. We will schedule a nursery appointment for you to hand-select your desired plants
5. Payment will be due at the completion of the job

We are committed to completing your landscaping project in a timely manner but know that job scheduling is determined by various factors including but not limited to:

• Order of project confirmation
• Job complexity & vicinity
• Material availability
• Weather and other external circumstances

Payment is due at the completion of the job via credit card (3% processing fee) or check. If you are requesting a larger job, we may request that materials be paid for upfront.

We believe in the quality of our plants, so we will come and replace any dead or diseased plant that we planted on your property from a landscaping job.

This does not cover any acts of God or nature nor poor watering at the discretion of Iniesta Nursery & Landscaping. We will come out and assess your diseased plant for free.
